Eagle Force Stretch
Using a patented technology, we produce in-line cast stretch film with longitudinal microwaves, with modular reinforcement.
The ribbing does not generate marks on the wrapped products and by its very nature cannot detach itself from the surface, of which it is a uniform part.
Eagle Force has a regular longitudinal thickening that gives it a much higher tear resistance, elongation and holding force than equivalent materials and products on the market. The technical characteristics of the film make it possible to wrap even the most critical, non-homogeneously shaped products and to reduce the amount of plastic used, with the same performance requirements.

Eagle Air Stretch
Macro-perforated and reinforced stretch film obtained through a special technology developed by Techno Verpackung.
The film is particularly suitable for wrapping pallets with specific ventilation needs and for packaging foodstuffs that need to maintain product freshness or with specific cooling and condensation elimination requirements.
The sectors of most application are floriculture, food & beverage, confectionery, hot and cold chain, etc. In addition to imparting mechanical properties in the direction of roll development (MD), it also significantly increases transverse stress (TD) properties, greatly improving the tear resistance and wrapping of irregular pallets and heavy materials.

Fire Shield Stretch
Stretch film with a distinctive, slightly orange colour, with the addition of a brominated flame retardant (BFR) without decabrominated diphenyl ethane (HBCD) content that captures radicals that would normally propel the fire.
There are two advantages of this material:
• do not contribute to the fire burden by slowing down the spread of the flame in the environment;
• preserving the wrapped goods from fire by creating a low-oxygen internal environment.
Fire Shield Stretch has an oxygen limit index (LOI) VALUE of 26.4 tested by CSI laboratories with certificate number 0611\DC\REA. By reducing the fire load, the use of Fire Shield Stretch also reduces the insurance costs of warehouses and logistics, as well as sea, air and road transport.

Antirust Stretch
Stretch film capable of preserving ferrous and non-ferrous profiles wrapped with it from rusting.
The film, with its characteristic blue colour, is able to protect against rust formation, inhibiting corrosion and oxidative phenomena in general.
Particularly appreciated in metal processing, storage and during transport.

Fresh Fruit Stretch
Stretch film that aids the preservation process of foodstuffs.
Special additives containing a naturally emitted ethylene-absorbing principle control and slow down the ripening and ageing of fruit and vegetables.
Prolonging the life of fruit and vegetables also prevents the formation of mould, odours, discolouration, rotting and thus avoids wastage of resources and is more environmentally friendly.

Green Leaf Stretch
Green Leaf Stretch is a stretch film with a distinctive green colour, produced with special additives – whose active ingredients are cobalt-free – that make it time-degradable and therefore environmentally friendly.
It has time-certified oxidative degradation capacity according to ASTMD5510, ASTMD5208, ASTMD6954 procedures, which confirm the expected positive results, and testify that the degradation residue does not generate microplastics.
Degradation occurs in the event of accidental release into the environment and allows the film to mineralise much more quickly than films normally on the market, while retaining its thermoplastic characteristics suitable for recycling.

Insect Buster Stretch
Stretch film with a distinctive yellow colour, used for wrapping products in general and foodstuffs in particular, where you want to protect them from insects and mites.
The special pyrethroid technology has a broad spectrum of action and acts like natural pyrethrins, derived from flowers. The excellent spread achieved with our extrusion technology gives the entire surface of the film a homogeneous action.
The repellent effect is not systemic, but by contact, and the product is odourless, non-volatile and not very soluble in water. Insect Buster Stretch contains an active ingredient approved in Europe (EU BIOCIDAL REGULATION 528 PT 08 & PT 18).

Steril Stretch
An anti-microbial stretch film with a characteristic lilac colour, particularly suitable for applications where it is necessary to protect the product against pollutants and/or viruses, in any working environment.
Its active ingredient is based on special silver ion-releasing zeolites, efficient on gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, moulds, yeasts and viruses. Due to its disinfectant and anti-microbial power, it protects people and work environments, prolonging the life of foodstuffs and preventing unpleasant odours, among other things.
It is particularly popular in areas such as dental surgeries, hospitals, beauty salons, nursing homes as well as food and medical production lines, and in all storage facilities.
